Safiri Youth Impact is a registered Community-Based Organization (CBO) under the Community Groups Registration Act of Kenya, headquartered in Migori County, Kenya.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission from the SYI Executive Secretariat.
6. Donations and Financial Transactions
All donations made through our website are processed via secure, third-party payment gateways (e.g., authorized bank portals or M-Pesa). By making a donation, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided. Donations are generally non-refundable. SYI is committed to radical transparency and ensures all funds are utilized according to our internal Financial Management and Policies Manual.
7. User-Submitted Content
If you submit applications, inquiries, or stories through our contact forms or community portals, you grant SYI the right to review and process this information. SYI maintains a Zero-Tolerance Policy regarding the transmission of abusive, discriminatory, or harmful materials, particularly any content resembling Technology-Facilitated Gender-Based Violence (TFGBV). We reserve the right to remove such content and report offenders to the appropriate authorities.
